Every piece is made to order — we don't accept returns for glaze, sizing, or change of mind.

We'll always fix it if your piece arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or doesn't match what you ordered. Contact us within 14 days with photos, and we'll replace it or issue a full refund.
