These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of remanestudio.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by Remanē LLC ("Remanē," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products
All items are handmade ceramic goods. Glaze, color, and finial detail vary piece to piece; this variation is intentional and not a defect. Product photos are representative, not exact.

2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price at time of order applies.

3. Shipping, Returns, and Damage
Shipping timelines, costs, and our return process — including procedures for items damaged in transit — are outlined on each product page. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including product designs, photography, and text — is the property of Remanē LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remanē LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or its products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
